You must keep moving forward. I lost my father from suicide. He hung himself. Absolutely was enraged god allowed him to make that choice. I've lost faith. But god damn, I live for him. I have my last name tattooed on my back because of him. I dont remember the pain of the 9 hours of drilling and scratching my skin, because all the pain I felt from the abrupt change, was being removed in those 9 hours. I wanted the pain, I fed off of it. I left there not only a "Reider" but a survivor of trauma. I will wear it to my grave just as he did his choice.

As a father I feel for you deeply. This is an insurmountable situation and you must be incredibly strong to be dealing with that emotional weight. Once a dad always a dad and she will always be your baby, I give you all my love and strength dude❤️

Funny how LMTF went from being filled with hatred, grief, spite and regret to now a more melancholic, sad, depressed and accepting/letting go approach. It's even ironic how I've found solace/relation in all their songs through these years up till now and this album fits perfectly in my current state of mind. Music definitely is a needed therapy, LMTF deliver that perfectly haha

Such a great song. Speaks to me on so many levels. I was diagnosed with schizophrenia when I was seventeen years old. Years later I'm now writing music and picking myself apart day by day. The voices really never go away. They just fall into silence temporarily and come back to haunt. And it's really a shame because you can't walk into a psychiatrist office and talk about it without a huge red flag. All you can do is numb it and drown them out so you don't have to hear your self think

Look up hypnosis videos for forgetting past relationships (that were harmful in the end) honestly, I dont struggle with the memories I used to have about my first love. I still think about her here and there, but... Idk it helped me move on because it was too much to bare at times. Not sure if this would be helpful for you
@xXTheBoneCarverXx4 жыл бұрын
I hope that the metaphoric 'cold' helps you forget those haunting thoughts. Though, I only know that I barely know anything. I don't know too much, I fear I know nothing and will miss the obvious and fail. I don't know what I would fail at, but the fear is very real nonetheless. Never let go of what you love! Love is strong! I am sorry that life is this way, but it is hard for me too and we are in this together. Sorry, I have lost my mind... Physically you have never met me and you can ignore all I say. I am not even too sure who I am speaking to anymore. Stay strong though!

I love this whole album but I can't help but feel the guitars across the board haven't been mixed well. Other than Chris' voice and the drums the whole mix kind of lacks for me. Either it's the mixing or they went for a dryer tone in the guitars? Anyone else feel this way?
@rienneallory5 жыл бұрын
I think it's the just the style that's prevailing right now. I feel like it's pretty well balanced as the vocals are the driving point of this song specifically. The guitars are kind of pushed to the background because they're not the main focus, imo.
