Likok Rosep| Bitter Ball/Bitter Eggplant
Its a side dish which I love to eat everyday. Very simple and easy to cook. It is cook in firmented bamboo shoot water along with some Naga lason and dry shrimp.
RECIPE
20-25 pc of bitter ball
15-20 small pc of Naga lason/chinese onion
Handful of shrimp
3tbsp firmented bamboo shoot water
15 green chillies
2/3 tsp Salt/ As per you taste
