I feel like an issue with most trap albums is they make them too long by track 14 I was loosing interest because the beats didn’t change much or at all. The album wasn’t bad IMO and lil baby had some good wordplay similes and metaphors in some tracks. If they made the album shorter like 13-15 tracks long, I fee I would’ve enjoyed it a lot more. I’d give it like a 6.5/10 to 7
@matthewmcnab70493 жыл бұрын
Another thing I wanted to say is this is how I felt with trippie and lil tjays album as well but the difference was baby and Durk managed to keep different types of messages and different types of storylines whereas the two I mentioned had long albums with all the songs being extremely similar topics. So I do have to give credit for baby and Durk for keeping the songs messages fresh a majority of the time

Lil baby & Durk sound good together glad with where they came with Real content and subject matter, hats off, still running & up the side were pretty good, 2040 has some knock huge bounce to the track, Make it out & bruised up went over legal troubles in court while being brutally honest. These guys I’d never expect complex lyricism that’s not the memo for them! But they complimented each other marvelously well. One of the better releases to come out so far.

@7Zyver3 жыл бұрын
In my opinion I think they could have done a much better album. Every chance I Get is a really good song even if Lil Baby carried the song. But they should have made more songs like that and keep the album shorter, at like 10-14 songs would have been perfect. Also they should have went through more Chicago drill beats and change up the beats a lil more. As a Bonus they should have had Polo G as a feature for 3Headed Goat PT 2. frfr no Cap In my opinion this project could have almost been at the level of my Turn. They complimented each other good but you could hear that they didn’t but their heart into it. Keep up the good work guys!

This album was mid . 2040 or the meek feature was the best song. It was repative and the production was mid even though they had some great producers on it. A couple of songs are good but for the hype it fell short. I don't feel like there's any songs that will standout and in 6 months I don't see anybody bumping this album other than stans.
