***** If i see someone dancing that good on the street i always stop even if they're not famous or whatever.. i think it mostly has to do with being in Tokyo also when the filming looks more professional people act more like nothings going on..when its just someone with a mobile phone filming people will gather around and do the same...

lol while yes it is in japan it does not show that they dont like his dancing, the problem with this is that hes dancing in areas of transportation like inside airports and subways where people are trying to get to places. or on a narrow street when its raining( or at least i think it is since everybody got there umbrellas)

I think Tokyo especially is notorious for its unfazeable business commuters, but I think it's similar worldwide in big cities - there was that time Joshua Bell busked on a Washington Metro platform and made like $20 or something.
