That Thomas plush shown at 6:15 was made by a company called “Prestige Toy Corp.” and it IS from 2000. There’s 2 different sizes, I have one of those too and mine appears to be bigger than yours. Mine measures at 8 1/2 inches long from front buffers to the back, 7 1/2 inches tall from the wheels to the top of the cab, and 4 1/2 inches wide from the left wheels to the right wheels. The larger version (which is what I have) has a button in the coal bunker in the back, if you hold it down it would play the Thomas theme and there’s a light in the funnel that would light up. I imagine the smaller version probably does a similar thing. The large version has a pocket underneath that’s closed with Velcro, inside there’s a plastic box connected to a cord attached to the light that holds 2 AA batteries for the speaker and light. But I don’t believe the small one has replaceable batteries unlike the big one.
