I remember back in the day in Chicago that Lil Louis debuted this album at the Bismarck Hotel and they were handing out free glow n the dark whistles, he had two ladies singing “Music Saved My Life, he was DJing, and he had a Saxophone player. This song was on my headset for 24hrs while stationed in Virginia, out to sea, away from all I knew and loved, but learned what it was like to be isolated and never again, this song brought me back mentally.
