Just wanna say that while therapy isn't for everyone, it often takes going to several different therapists & different therapy techniques to find one that best suits you. Not all therapy is talk therapy, there's so many different kinds! Unfortunately therapy is very expensive though, and can be emotionally exhausting to find a good one.
