Yeah once he got comfortable with his voice and started playing with it at live shows you could totally tell. I prefer his live versions over the studio ones because of how much better they are once he got comfortable. If u watch his lives at his last few stops on tour before he passed, he was getting so good. And even finally had the look. That bed head blonde mohawk and black beater tanks with tats he looked like a fucking rockstar
