I’m 27, so trust me I vividly remember Chief Keef’s come up lol. Slim Jesus was the first “industry plant” for lack of better words, he used a formula all artists use now except he got the shit end of the stick (doesn’t help that he had trash music). But years late lil tecca comes around & admits the same thing (he doesn’t do anything he raps about) & since he makes dope music everybody fw’s him. The point of my comment is, people were trying to make their own genres & that’s what pee was doing here. He was wearing a globoys sweater & hella loved chief keef but he still made his own style of music. I’m just very passionate about this topic cause as a musician myself I’ve been so uninspired by the new music I hear because everything sounds the same.
