thug it out uses a instrumental used by another rapper and that is already copyrighted. It's Baby E's song and Paid 2 Party was supposed to have Lil Wayne on it when Peep was still alive that's why he shouts him out in the song. Baby E said recently that might get wayne on the song and drop it so let's hope for that
