Music right now: Rap/R’n’B is dreadful on mass the is only a small few that have the creativity to create something that will be reached for 10/20 years from now. Music can’t have been trash back then and be trash now but fun; It was either bad then but worse now or a little better which it is most definitely not. Unfortunately people have gotten lazy sonically and have excepted good beats/sounds - which are now undoubtedly better/exceptional- and let poor the quality of topics/scenes/lyrics/layouts/performances slide. The raps/creativity/content/messages/body of work produced is a joke and trash! The top five artist now under 25/28 could/should never be mentioned in the same light as any generation they are that bad! The music is toxic because the artist aren’t artist they to use your words yeah people were complaining back then because that’s people do! When they were sat down and had to break down their complaints they changed their tune and had to back down 50ty cent is a perfect example of that he literally gave a perfect documentary to his life before where is now and that album still lives on.
