I watched a similar situation on first 48 where a shooting took place at a gas station as the brother walked out of the gas station near the front he witnessed a person shooting his brother as he sat in the passenger seat he was able to disarm the person with pistol then took the pistol to the nearest police station after making sure his brother got to the hospital the police in returned arrested the man because he was in possession of a pistol when by law he wasn’t supposed to be in possession even though he was only turning it in because an assailant just shot his brother with it
