When people do this trend it’s normally because they like each other but haven’t confessed their feelings yet or stuff like this, that’s why most of the times the other accepts the kiss. They don’t do this if they are only friends and that’s it.

I bet some of the people who got accepted were already dating therefor only did it for the views. You shouldn't kiss someone without their consent though. It's just morally wrong.

I don't get why you guys said this proves girls and boys can't be friends. Each relationship is different and they may change and develop into something more or not. Friends can stay friends forever or in some cases grow into romantic love (no matter the gender of the two in said relationship). Is true that some of those tiktoks are fake and they could be already a couple but I think most of them were really friendships where one or even the two of them started to think about the other person as more than a friend and they decided to shoot their shot.

I think it's different here. We don't first "confess" and then start dating. These are people who have developed feelings deeper than friendship and they are taking a big chance of getting rejected. If the friend returns the kiss, most likely they've both developed deeper feelings but never discussed it in fear it would ruin the friendship.
