@rotweilerscholar1181 yeah, if you're in prison busting down spreads and not also busting down in the burpee department, you're gonna put on some weight. Doing time without working out is MISERABLE. When I work out behind bars, 80% of the reason I do so is for mental reasons. Hitting a hard work out is like meditation for me. And afterwards, you feel absolutely AMAZING. It also makes it easier to eat healthy because after you just busted your ass, you're not gonna wanna ruin the work you just did by eating a bunch of junk. He came home from prison overweight and said that he wasn't working out in there. Shame. When I was younger and was in and out of jail/prison... I quickly found that constantly reading books that are educational or certain self help books and working out hard is the best way to do time because you're making the absolute most of your time in there.
