Lil Garage Live presents Vinylla records, Harmonious Thump (The Supreme Law) back doing that Jazz, funk, house fusion with a new 2023 all star lineup. They cover legendary Jazz and R & B artist Roy Ayers hit from 1977, "Running Away" and have put their own spin on the classic, creating a unique and modern take of the song. Producer Anayalator features 20 year old vibraphone player and artist, Sparni Plath. The lineup also includes singer, Bazz Valencia and singer songwriter, Maidin.This blend of talented musicians from different generations prove that they all speak the universal language of music. Session singers Marlo Cozart and Charmaine Broadbelt bring the thunder with Hip hop drummer extraordinaire Deep Cova, funky guitarist John Coler, bassist Mike Morris, keyboardist Nick Mongelli and percussionist Tyjuan Gilbert rounding out the lineup.

Sounds better than I thought it would. They did an excellent job. This was one of my favorite songs as child. My mom made a cassette with this song on it. I would play it when I hit a slump as an adult.

Bangin' classic by Roy Ayers, who doesn't get enough props for the sound he invented and movie scores he did. Best era of music IMO.
