@@Zucifer8 Korean visa, flight tickets, housing and food possibly more as compared to Korean trainees. Since Koreans grew up in Korea, their parents would most likely provide everything that the company does not. So international trainee are more of an investment.

Also, remember Super Junior and Exo situation, where the it cause a huge controversy/negative stigma to the company. But in all it’s more liability and responsibility for the company to have an international trainee as compared to a native korean

She is NOT the best dancer. She is a great dancer but not the best. Jimin, Kai, Ten Taeyong, Taemin, are INCREDIBLE if not the best in kpop. I realize I have named only boys/men but there is Seulgi, ChungHA and so many more boys/girls , the truth is that I could name dozens of others as Kpop seems to be filled with extremely talented dancers. Lisa is not better than any I have named above! But I understand the attraction to Lisa when the whole choreography is built on seduction sometimes even crossing the line to be more sexual than sensual. Yes she is very talented, I even believe she is one of the main reason for BP success.But to deem her THE BEST is not only a bit much, it is not objectively true. Kpop is a pool of amazing talents. You may have your bias which is OK but to declare one being the best you need more expertise than that.

lisa has tried pretty much all types of dancing throughout the years, it's pretty obvious that she's not just a 'great' dancer but an incredible one. The line between sensuality and sexual-ness is also subjective, it depends on what you project onto the dancer when you're watching them. Dancing in a sensual way is deceptively strenuous and takes a lot of understanding of your own body to really get it right. Maybe she excels so much at sensuality that it became sexual to you. People loves comparing her to female dancers and now they're comparing her to male dancers, saying, 'see? she's not the best compared to etc'. I think time will prove itself. She could literally be doing zero gravity double backflips on the moon and someone will be like 'ummmm neil armstrong did it way better' lmao.
