Hi, I used "to 10%" and not "by 10%". Here an explanation from ChatGPT: When you move from 5% to 10%, you are effectively increasing the value by another 5 percentage points. This is a 100% increase relative to the original value of 5%. To put it in another way, if you take the original value (5%) and add another 5 percentage points, you end up with 10%, which is double the original value. So, in this context, the percentage has doubled because you've increased it by an amount equal to the original percentage value.
