Congrats on discovering the slide mechanic! I was overjoyed to see the title of the episode, I kept thinking to myself how useful it would have been to you to know about when you kept getting trapped behind your pipes for your coal generators lol.

And the audience shouted in relief!! So as someone who knew very little about the terminology of the game, I had assumed Zooping was the in-game fancy term for sliding... And sliding was one of the very few things I knew existed for a long time in the game. Relieved to finally see Ryan discover this movement mechanic.

Grats on discovering some very key movement features! You are right, this game's traversal mechanics are exceptional once you start tying everything together. Keep experimenting! But I will say no more on that front... 46:00 my bets are on the table, there is no way you’re getting through this game by Feb 2025. I’m getting July or August of 2025 at the very least! With how slow and how much detail you’re going with the game, that’s the money spot of finishing. Though as always, love to see the progress on your play through. (Also yt spoilers suck :( )

Its quite interesting how our previous experiences effect our playstyles. Your Factorio and DSP experience makes you play with very large scale factories and high throughout, whereas my Mindistry experience made me play very compactly with a greater focus on automating everything a bit once I unlocked it.
