Rune shards are double adaptive and health. I'm not sure how realistic it is to practice double hitting W on blue and gromp. It saves a couple seconds.

Is it possible that the Q used at 0:30 could be delayed slightly, then used to hit the Krugs too? But then I guess the not using Q off cooldown makes the clear slower overall?

Yes, it seems you have to miss an auto to walk red and krugs together into Q range before red runs out of patience, and theres little room for error, but it would be slightly faster.
