The original of this song came out the month I lost my sister to her addiction and I heard it on the drive to the hospital, and the way home, and a few times driving to clear her room out from a friends apt, and can’t hear it without thinking of losing her. hearing this song with the difference in lyrics from I wish that I was good enough from the month she died to this saying “know that you are good enough don’t give up when things get tough” and it’s now almost two years later id like to find strength in that too. I hope you keep finding strength too you deserve it overcoming all you’ve been through. ❤️ sending love
