You have no idea how much you motivate me. I have had this attitude that I have to lose it fast and never knew where to start. I binged watch you videos last July. I am now down 80 pounds. Mindset is the key that I learned from you. Slow but consistent. I am working on the water. Exercise not so much. Have some back issues. Thank you thank you. I still have a long way to my goal but I know now it’s a lifestyle.

I’m really good at meal planning so thank goodness for that! I have been trying to work in my sleep lately. It’s gotten so bad! I lay there for at least an hour before falling asleep and wake up all during the night and have crazy dreams when I do sleep. I don’t know what happened because I haven’t changed anything. I may have to try the stuff you mention 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great tips! That’s exactly how I’ve always lost weight in the past except it was going by the Standard American Diet. I’ve lost 30 lbs since April but it’s been due to stomach sickness. I’ve had a CT scan, EGD/Colonoscopy so far and all is good. I’m waiting on the next step to find out what’s going on then go from there on the way I have to eat. When I first got sick, I was getting ready to start keto/low carb. Unfortunately, I lost weight but just not in a healthy way.

That’s how I meal plan and I do it for the entire family. I eat for lunch what was for dinner the night before and I don’t eat breakfast.

Planning all three sounds good will start today. When I do 10,000 nothing's moves but I noticed yesterday I walked 9 miles,19,000 steps boom today down. I am eating what I like but finding a lower calorie substitute.Ex the hamburger buns from Costco are 290 cal ballpark buns are 150 cal so I buy those. And for flour tortillas I buy a keto one their small like street tacos size but taste good for carnitas.

I suffer from insomnia plus I’m hypoglycemic 🥴 I am ….. I will start a food plan , my goal is 20 lbs first . My brain never shuts down 😵‍💫 I’ll make a list of all healthier food items and from there I can create meals 🤔 I do need to drink more water and the only way I can drink a lot is adding lemon 😂 🍋 Thank you for going straight to the point Kathleen 😘

My Meal planned is the hardest for me due to me being a diabetic it's so frustrating what I can and can't eat.I do drink 150oz of water .not much steps in but working on it,I been using lavender in my diffuser. I get discouraged when the weight stops so I just quit

do you have advice for willpoweror discipline, in a house full of kids snack a husband whos a rice pasta and pastry man and always snacking its so difficult to "live ' the diet or lifestyle your choosing, ive managed to loose about 40 lb of my post pardum weight but i also have about 40 to go, i hit a plateau when i started my birth control and tried for another 2 months and nothing all the way down at 1600 calories i couldn't go lower and always felt ravenous so i gave up....ive since started exercising more regularly but cant find a way to get going again, what do you suggest?

Do you think IF is crucial or can it be done as effectively without? I try to get to 16 hrs of fasting but get weak/dizzy. I can usually do 14 fairly easy.
