Stanley needs to do a “finish the collection” series. Like a rags to riches spin off
@ladyraritatum Жыл бұрын
Oooh okay I love that idea, and to build on that, because some of those collections can take a lot of time and effort, what if it was a Stanley legacy sort of deal, and all the heirs' names would have to start with Stan- like Stanford, Stanthony, Stanuel, Stanexander, Stannifer, Stanfany, etc etc...

I like when you do these because we get to learn about some of the more obscure things you cand do in the sims. @AgataBajorska Жыл бұрын
You know you can usually do something to make the fear go away? This is what the fourth spikey cloud next to the whims is for.
@Eventide215 Жыл бұрын
Yeah most of the time the fears make no sense at all. They just suddenly are afraid of the most ridiculous things. Like when the system first came out it was absolutely terrible.. sims would have fears of a dead end job even though they're actively progressing in it or even maxed out.. they'd have like fears of being judged even though nothing has happened to them. Not to mention you can't even set these things at all. I'd love to be able to set that my sim just always has a fear of being judged and make it possible to get rid of that fear but for it to be hard to do. Getting rid of fears is stupidly easy.. like to get rid of the fear of swimming you just need to be confident then go swim and it's gone. If you actually have a fear of something just doing it once while confident means nothing. I feel like it should be a "skill" you build up to get rid of it.
@clairebearcomp4 ай бұрын

It's not really told to you whatsoever that you can get rid of fears. Also, the fears seem to pop up from the dumbest things. Like literally nothing has happened to Stanley while swimming but he suddenly gets a fear of it for no reason. I think most people just disable fears because it's done terribly.
@AmberLB74 Жыл бұрын
@@Eventide215 I see what you're saying but if you just hover over the fear it tells you how to get rid of it. You also get the fears if your sim is in a bad mood and does something- so because Stanley was in a bad mood and he swam he was then scared I think.

To get the collectibles from the cave you need skills. The higher your skill the more likely you are to get the collectible. The cave in Sulani works a lot like the gates to get to the Temple in Jungle Adventure. But the popups don't explicitly TELL you what skill you need/is being checked. I take my super sims in there when I'm in that neighborhood. They come out with something EVERY time. I've gotten everything from a fruit, to a $20 collectible, and mermaid kelp. Stanley has low/no skills. That's why he rarely gets anything.
