My guess would be brow lift or blepharoplasty. Her nose had bulky tip as well, now is more defined. And lips are more balanced. Not writing this as a hater, I love Lily! But this are the changes I would assume.

I’m not the biggest fan of hers, in both acting or celeb personality or modeling or anything like that. Never found her interesting or intriguing. but she’s had some incredible moments and looks. I don’t think I’d ever seen her Met Gala “Camp” look, and now it’s one of my favorites of that year. I love a Priscilla Presley-inspired moment.
