@@qlasalle Most of her specials are plus on block w/ stocks and u could easily get stocks and mix opponents honestly she isnt the best but shes pretty good.Guess other characters are just better.

​@@Dr-Knight I mean she is most likely the worst. Her frame data, damage, speed, and drive rush are all subpar. She has no area she excels at except for Oki. SF6 is balanced which makes it bearable, but Lily is seriously bad at a high level. Especially against Cammy, Ken, Deeja and Luke who just win most scenarios in comparison, have more damage and better frame traps that do not rely on getting an early lead, but can finish games just as good.

@@Dr-Knight you are incorrect about most of her specials being plus on block when wind-stocked. Condor Spire is plus on block but can be interrupted and DI’d even when a player does an OD wind-stocked Condor Spire. Getting wind-stocks are not an easy affair and do not transfer between rounds so Lilly allows starts with no advantage even if she ended a round with wind-stocks which I think personally needs to changed. Lilly is fun to play and outsmart an opponent with but is definitely hard to win with or play at high level... especially against characters like Ken, Cammy and JP to mention but a few.

Is there any kind of visual or audio cue to tell when you can actually DI those wind stock strings? Or am I just forced to either hold it or take a risk? idk I feel like this character is downplayed a lot, she forces you to make decisions and choices defensively you really don't wanna make

Its 50/50 everytime unless u parry or drive rush to interrupt it… with wind stocks it gives her plus 1 on block everytime

at 3:17; apparently stun does not occur if DI connects in a true combo/blockstring.

It's crazy that Lily currently has some weird scaling when she does Super Lvl 3. If you cancel Down HP to Super lvl 3, you do 5050 damage, and if you convert Down HP > Condor Wind MP > Super Lvl 3 you do 4700 or something. That doesn't make sense! Other than that, I really hate that she gets interrupted when she does Condor Spire with stock and OD and depending on the scenario she trades. That's why people say that she is low tier, but she is really fun to play with and when you win even with all the problems with her, you feel great!
