Well, I went to sleep last night and woke up to see one of my most successful videos after less than a day! Here's some important corrections people have pointed out that I think I should clarify! All the music isn't done my Mili, that's only the vocal tracks, and not the end of chapter ones. Studio EIM does the rest! (Thanks @Huntierier, @розпал (aeternum або юсуф), and @DirtiestHaRRy) There is actually a summon pity system! (Thanks @OnNeutralGround) I had no idea, but apparently every 10 you're guaranteed a higher rarity and every 100 it's even better! XP will be changing (Thanks @Ze Troll03) I saw this announcement from Project Moon, it went up about a day after I scheduled this video. :( Go read the Steam page for more info on that! Losing coin flips doesn't mean you automatically lose a clash (Thanks @Merlin Đào) And a lot of people pointed out that we don't really know what Dante is, he may not be classified as a distortion or abnormality. The key problem was that a lot of the ui navigation problems was resolved if anyone had watched the tech demos that projectmoon had been slowly releasing over time. It detailed all the ways to navigate the game at launch state, which would alleviate the issues as a new player

There is no "Sinner #10" found, because it is Dante himself. (btw the Sinner # is the same order as they are found in the sinner page, except no.10 is skipped for obvious reasons)

I feel like anyone who's considering playing this game at some point should at least download it and create their account so they can get future compensation rewards. During server maintenance, and what the director deemed as his shortcomings, PM provided in game bonuses to players as compensation. If you create an account, you'll get them. Even if you're not planning on playing at the moment, it's a good idea to receive some generous lunacy and other goods while you wait for a specific update, or until you find the time to play.

I just want to point out some things that are not exactly true. Winning more coin flips in a clash doesn't guarantee that you will win. If your attack has 3 coins vs an attack that has 1 coin, even if you lose the first 2 coin flips you can still win the clash if you win the next coin flip (since you have 1 coin left and they have none). Then instead of a 3-hits attack, you will only hit once. Also, the animated art only applies to 000 identities. Great video btw!

A lot of these character gacha-type games will have extremely wordy dialogue. Even the game I play: Honkai Impact 3rd has a lot of dialogue and wordy explanations in the later game but there's moments where this story makes a pretty big impression on me. And that's why I'm glad they decide to go for animated cutscenes and short movies here and there.

@nepspartan-7597 Nah R corp Ishmael is crap if we are talking about RR and the turn limits, she just can't pump out as much damage as the characters that have an incredible number of coins who can also outroll her Her skill 2 hits once and rolls 18 So you do 18 damage But there are characters like chef ryoshu skill 2 that hits 3 times and also rolls 18 So that's 8 + 13 + 18 = 39 damage And this post was 8 months ago before she received massive buffs when they added uptie 4 , limbus on release had uptie 3 as max tier, and r Ishmaels passive always made her lose 15 sanity at the start of combat So even now post uptie 4 buff she is still crap The toughest content are the railway banners where you need to clear in under X turns and its just a mindless dps race

There's some misconceptions in this review probably. Dante is not confirmed to be a distortion or a abnormality heck he could be a human with just a mask, character misconceptions but also LC is story driven and fast paced.

Brave Frontier was an amazing game, and I love this stuff. Never heard of the previous two games, but Limbus company caught me off guard and blew my expectations for it since I loved it immensely. And I’m thinking of trying the other two games after seeing what you have said about the other two in the other vids. It seems awesome! Thanks for the help in the rundown too though. While it didn’t help me with Limbus company much, it gave me some background and got me interested in the other two that I intend to try. I gotta say the thing that I really like about Limbus Company's combat is that, like any good, turn-based game, it's drowning in status effects, but they're actually balanced to the regular damage / attack / sin type damages too. There's a ton of strategy it's just in team selection rather than move selection. That's hard to do; most other similar moble games have builds that just obliterate everything through status effects, or have status effects be worthless.

abit late but there is abit correction for some misinformation, there IS A SPARK SYSTEM which is arguably better than pity since you can trade for what character you want by collecting shard from gacha AND BATTLEPASS BEYOND LVL 60, event, etc. So basically you can get all the SSR chara without doing any gacha if you grind hard enough

I love this game and love the recent improvements (especially making thread easier to farm and blessing the f2p's) but good god this game is confusing and ill-explained. Talking about the character identity pages, what drives me insane is how you can't even see what the identity's 2nd and 3rd tier do unless you A) Don't have the identity yet (you can see a max'd out identity in the menu where you can buy identites/egos for shards, which is basically the pity system) or B) when you go to upgrade an identity but then you can only see the next tier up. This is a pain because the tier 3 passive is the 'support' passive (this is how sinners not in a fight can help you). I feel like I need multiple spreadsheets open to handle this. Or at least a fan wiki with all of the stats.

Some stuff Coming from Canto 4, I gotta say I didnt really cared all that much for Yi Sang, but holy shit His story and the final boss made him into one of my favorites and I really loved everything about it So I would say PM is good at making characters interesting when their time comes. Guys as much as I want to get many ppl to join the PM cult fanbase, as a hardcore PM fan, please remember to check out all the TRIGGER WARNINGS before playing this game. I feel like many new people don't know much about the TWs and start playing the game. PM games WILL get rlly dark, hence the 18+ age rating on the appstore/steam. No, tht rating isnt for sexy waifus in micro bikinis or normal fan servicey gacha shit like tht. Its for the messed up and dark themes explored/will be explored in the game's story. If you're a newcomer and have tried out the LC already, the fact tht this game is different from normally fanservice-y bait gacha games. It's a bit incorrect to say the game has no Pity system since that's what the Threads are for. You can also use them to trade for ID/EGO of your choice. The rate is kinda fucked up (400 for "SSR" ID or EGO) but since you can get Threads from Mirror Dungeon and pulls I guess that's fair, lol.

finally picked up lcb a few days ago despite being a fan of proj moon, mostly out of fear of the gacha, the combat being "baby easy" and the fact that at the time, gregor was the only person revealed to have monstrous traits (made me uncomfortable since he's a Jewish Character from a Jewish Story about The War, especially w casual racism seen in LoR) but after asking a friend what it was like i was convinced to give it a go so here's a small lists of my thoughts: good: -gacha isn't necessary! i actually recommend ignoring the IDs if you're gonna be like me and bum rush the story completely ignoring the side shit, i was managing to win fights when i was 10-15 levels below recommended even in chapter 3 just by taking my time and building out a good synergy team -the combat is simpler than LoR yes but in a good way i think, it's definitely easy to learn but hard to master in my opinion there is the symptom of Vertical Difficulty Spike present in both games but it's much more manageable here since you aren't investing 40+ mins into singular fights w resources that are very limited if you dont play with infinite book hacks (still one of my biggest frustrations w LoR tbh) -art/writing/music are all very good! i can tell they've gotten better at writing their stories bc oddly enough that was one of the weaker points for me in the previous games bad: -The Racism. -- case in point: the "mariachis" . they're just, grossly uncomfortable, the cute lil scene/cg w sinclair was a cute foreshadowing to his upcoming chapter but it's not enough to get the bad taste out of my mouth. they literally could've just googled what a mariachi actually *was* and it would've been so much better -also why are the sinners the only people with blood, seeing charon for the first time caught me so off guard -The Tutorial --it's both so front loaded, text heavy, and yet nonexistent it's absolutely baffling, they were trying to tell me about fighting abnormalities before i even knew who the fuck these people were!! i can't imagine how much more overwhelming it'd be for someone that hasn't played a project moon game before. I still have no idea what coins are or how clashes are determined, saw yi sang get a 10 draw before losing and having his shit kicked in so that was cool ig -The Interface/Controls (aka tutorial continued) --i was another lost soul that didn't know what uptying was or how to see what sins a character has without clicking through everyone to see how the numbers on the far right column changed, it also took me until i was in the dungeon of chapter 3 to realize that different attacks gave different sin amounts -i know it's a mobile game first and foremost but i do wish pc had some hotkeys or other forms of controls than Just Clicking bc ngl i've had to take breaks so my hand doesn't hurt ultimately i'm very excited to see where this all goes! i know i have more bad than good listed here but honestly the video covered a lot of the good already ^^' and having just played through it near non stop for 2-3 days the bad is extra fresh in my mind ((especially the bullshit 4 corrupted inquisitor boss fight))

Fantastic breakdown! Something I didn't touch on much in the video was indeed the very stereotyped enemies throughout chapter two. On one hand, a lot of the imagery and dialogue is uncomfortable, but on the other the final boss was very cool! Using neon masks inspired by the Day of the Dead is super interesting and very well done, I think! Overall, I'm just an internet white boy, so I won't speak on whether it was offensive or not, but overall I agree with you! Thanks for the comment, friend

TLDR; i hope they make the mariachis more accurate if they're gonna call them that and/or give them more traits/character so it doesn't feel like "ha! look at those silly little mexicans"

I know I'm late, but screw it: If you guys want to know more about the sinners, read the books theyre based on. PM loves classical literature references and this game is the most overt yet. -I sang speaks in puns in addition to riddles, they just didn't translate well. Look for whenever he calls something "ideal" or "strange," because those are homophones for I Sang. -Heathcliff is actually quite intelligent, he just chooses to whack stuff instead. He's skilled in rhetoric, can be oddly cunning in certain dialogue, even getting a rise out of ishmael after she said that mocking her did nothing, and is able to point out class disparity more readily and effectively than Rodya, the literal former communist revolutionary. -Meursault is pronounced "More-so." The French are weird, man. -Outis is pronounced with oo-tis. The Greeks are also weird. It directly translates to "Nobody," which is fitting, considering her book is Homer's Odyssey. (And technically Homer's Illyad, but that's more about the Trojan War itself instead of Odysseus (Outis) specifically.

12:45 Correction, there is in fact a pity system. Firstly, 10 pulls are guaranteed a 2 "star" identity. Secondly, every 10th 10 pull can't pull 1 "star" identities nearly guaranteeing you multiple 2 "stars" or even a few 3 "stars".

I do have to disagree on a point, the grinding is horrible! Even unimaginable, you need thread to level up the identity and from mirror and the new thread dungeon you get so little for doing so much, the dail bonus of the thread dungeon give you 4…4! And after it 2, while full levelling a 2 grade is 50 and a 3 grade 100, while the stamina is extremely expensive 35, and if your low level you can only do a few times, I don’t know how it is at higher level but you need to get past 3-22 and 3-22 is just…well those who know will know, so if they made at least thread grinding way more rewarding for lower then it would be worth it

Some corrections: Dante is not an abnormality, from what has been said about Dante they are a human who had their head replaced with the clock head prosthetic, Virgilius mentions how they should add a microphone next time in reference to Dante's head and also state that Dante used to be a "bigwig" before they lost their memories. The Golden Boughs are not a result of the seed of light being spread at the end of Library of Ruina, though we don't know much about the Golden Boughs currently. Bough is pronounced with a hard "ow" sound like "cow" or "how", not like "dough". Not all the music is done by Mili only a few vocal tracks like the song for the opening and the battle against Kromer.
