Bloodfeast prioritizing higher Kindreds and leaving the others to dry is so funny to me. I have this image in my head of the team not being allowed to drink until Grandma Don gets her turn. Basically inequity as a game mechanic, which is pretty fitting for Bloodfiends lol.

@@dumbino7745 if I read this correctly, this line is not about speed. Its literaly about hierarchy. It sound strange, as if you put more than one kindred in your party, only the oldest can be cool, others just donate blood for him.

​​@@dumbino7745 even if don was allways the fastest this line would still be relevant this applies to all characters, not all alies. It means that your 3rd kindred gets a priority over enemy's 4th kindred, so its not just the speed of your team that matters. Even if your don was the fastest, if enemy's second kindred was the slowest all of your third kindreds would still be denied from drawing from the bloodfeast this turn.

I do like this. They know Ring Outis applies massive amounts of bleed count so they made the 000 Outis focused on bleed potency and general dps based on that. It's Opportunity Cost and I love this kind of balancing more than just generic powercreeps.

ok so how I think how hong lu works right now from what im looking at, is that you get hit with your shield from bloodfiends, get bleed, use shield to remove bleed to minimise the damage from bleed to inflict more rupture

Hong Lu’s kind of in a messed up spot here, since he would want the threshold for his conditionals higher than at 15/3 to fit in with a rupture comp on account of how much of it he consumes himself, but that also makes him lose out on coin power conditionals which he’ll need as a 00 to clash well. In the former case, he would want to be able to inflict a lot of rupture count on his S2 (I’m thinking his S3 will at least be 1 count negative of, more optimistically, count neutral, at least without the coin reuse) to make up for how count negative he’d be at other times. Outis looks like she’s definitely meant to go ham with the damage. Nothing really new mechanics-wise, but a strong combination of a ramp-up status increasing damage, coin and clash power conditionals (I’m glad it’s on use), and pseudo-fragile. The AoE S3 is nice, and likely hits a lot harder compared to Magic Bullet’s.

Wouldn't Hong Lu be pretty balanced on Rupture? He may not apply more at a certain point but it requires both Potency and Count to be at a certain point, meaning that once it gets to "X" count he will hit abit and then next skill will most likely be count positive since the conditions are no longer being met. I believe they're just trying to prevent massive Rupture stacks since it's literally just true damage, so if it gets too high you can just rip a Solemn Lament on Gregor and absolutely obliterate anyone regardless of resistances.

The greatest sin that any rupture unit can commit is being count negative. Skills that just don't apply any more count at a point - ESPECIALLY at a point where the count can be reduced to zero within a single skill - is pretty much disqualifying for a rupture team. The previous few rupture IDs had the problem of being pretty count negative until conditionals, while this looks like it'll be vary count positive and then extremely count negative... if the conditional is 3 count like the previous few, then this'll be unusable bad.

So, for Hong Lu, the only thing I still cannot fathom is why Guard instead of Evade. Even if you nullify bleed potency you still take attacks likely to inflict bleed again. Even Counter would make more sense as a way to undo the healing effect. Like, if Hunter Hong Lu were to fight Barber Outis, would the guard even be an advantage?

for hong lu i think this will be "viable" id as best,hopefully this is just pm team forgot the consume count line. for outis i just happy that we have a NEW heal id with heal support passive for soloing for characer like gregor who MUST use for support for heal which mean he cant heal himself if he use id like rosepanner or other id
