So giving Gregor a Tremor based E.G.O even though he doesn't CURRENTLY have a Tremor based I.D was never out of the question. Example off the top of my head is Dimension Shredder Yi Sang, which at release if I remember correctly, didn't have a Charge I.D to compliment it, as Warp Yi Sang wasn't out yet.

7 ryoshu is technically rupture, though I would rather have a different faction ID than another Devyat. Their gimmick is annoying and detrimental. I would rather get a Shi ID that's actually good or Tres? Don is Spanish it would be perfect theming to get a Spaniard association. Maybe we will get something during the checkup event?

Even if 9-clair inflicted 10 defense level down with each coin (after hitting conditionals), he still would be worthless. Because it's same turn defense level down in team comp, that does true damage. If he inflicted on hit with each coin 5 next turn offence level down, he might have possibly replaced talisman sinclair on rupture team, but for now.... meh

Don't forget that rupture ID are quite fast. Sinclair is temu copy of rodion so they have the same speed range and haste, 50/50 as to who goes first. Then you have 7 Outis with 5/8 base speed as well as W yi sang/Cinq Mersault who both have significant haste. It is quite realistic for Sinclair to be in the middle of turn order wasting his pathetic def down.

Really, a pathetic display of an rupture-speed ID. Potential wasted. Has count, provides it too late to matter, but perfectly sabotages it. Has debuff - its useless. Has speed - a good one, but... even it is mediocre compared to other IDs in the SAME team comp. Anyway, 3/10 Completely overshadowed in rupture department by Red Sheet; in blunt damage by N corp; in speed, clashes, debuff and general easiness of use by Cinq. Anyway, sorry for my rambling. I'm still salty over him

Def/offense level are the most overhyped thing ever. People are glazing over it because it's a static modifier multiplicative with fragile, but the maths show that skill dmg is simply not high enough to make it worth it compared to flat dmg from rupture/sinking/tremor. Rupture team can quite easily get 48 rupture potency which is 48 dmg per every coin as long as count remains. 48 dmg FOR EVERY COIN! Meanwhile the highest skill dmg now is around 200. 4 def down is around 14% extra or 28 dmg more total for that 200 dmg skill (which requires a lot of setup for both wildhunt and manager don) Even if hitting a staggered enemy that still only 56 more dmg. A 3 coin skill like mersault s3 will deal 168 EXTRA true dmg. That's dmg on top of what the skill already does. Then there is a fact that against enemies with resistance or protection (in other words all RR4 abnos) the value of def lvl down takes a deep dive while rupture IGNORES THAT. Ignore and report SHOBLOYOBLO, they're a troll who is trying to make new players quit the game.

My main problem with putting this ego on a tremor team is that it makes the sloth problem on tremor worse. Tremor has a bit of a problem generating sloth since it has 2 egos that both primarily want sloth and especially cavernous wailing hong lu needs to be spammed since you have to use it right after entanglement. Current standard tremor team is like just about supplying enough sloth thanks to regret Faust skill one and yurodivy hong s2 since the others only have it on s3 or guard lmao rosepanner rodion but oufi heath doesn't have any sloth in his kit and adds another sloth costing ego. Even if he replaces rosepanner rodion who realistically isn't generating any sloth he still adds to the problem while having one native tremor burst of s3 that also requires playing around on entanglement turns to not override piss tremor. I will say though that with the new tremor type oufi heath is a monster at tremor application with his skill 2 instantly hitting 6 tremor potency for his conditonal and passive next turn but it's just not worth bringing him imo. Like ong molar Yi sang is better addition since he helps with sloth generation while having s2 tremor burst which oufi heath can only dream of Tldr: good ego but not worth bringing on tremor team because oufi heath is greedy and eats more sloth without providing any. Also if he actually gets a self tremor I'd with a sloth skill then yeah this is gonna go hard

What's even the standard team you are mentioning? I'm genuinely curious, because in one I'm running 5/6 characters have sloth, and I can't imagine any other combo being used. If they have problem, than it's with gloom, as it's only on 2 out 6 units

Oufi heath doesn't really impact overall generation since he's probably replacing rosepanner rodion who probably isn't using guard but adds another sloth ego. Although given that it's just two sloth it's not as bad as I made it out in the comment but still CW wants to be used a lot so it can really drain on your resources.

Huh? Tremor is full of sloth. As for entanglement, simply don't use it until you want to? You don't have to use s3 as soon as it comes up, it can stay there until the best moment to utilize it. If you play it right you only ever need to use CW once.

Devyat Sinclair is a prime example of an ID where the more you read his kit the worse he gets. If you skim it he might seem good count positive stable alternative to talisman but... 1) He starts out negative, needs to acquire courier trunks to become +1 then becomes even more negative once you build any significant rupture stack. That's right this clown can't do any quick setups like lantern don or devyat rodion because he needs to ramp up. 2) He has the same annoying suicide mechanic as rodion, unlike rodion it really stings because he needs ramp up to do anything, if you want a long fight rupture ID (for c7 boss as an example), W yi sang and 7 outis both become neutral/positive with their EGO. Dimension shredder can set up a nice t 2 count stack with superbia or resource carryover. They won't die. 3) His defense lvl down is capped to 2 per coin. I thought that maybe he will apply it per each instance or even 2 for 1 but no, he will only ever apply 2 on s1 and 4 on s2 which is absolutely pathetic and no amount of SHOBLOYOBLO propaganda or rants about static modifiers will change that. Just for reference 4 def down is around 14% dmg increase. If skill does 200 dmg (I think only wildhunt and manager don can pull that off as of now) it will increase total by 28 dmg which is less than devyat rodion setup does PER COIN. 4) He needs rupture to do def lvl down which precludes using him in blunt or generalist teams for dmg increase, rupture doesn't have a blunt team. 5) His funny 120% dmg increase needs rupture again, which he destroys. 6) His +4 coin power on s3 is very misleading, it's +4 only on the LAST COIN. Effectively it's the same as +4 final power but worse, because final power still works if you flip tails. 7) His def lvl down is on the same turn so he relies on outspeeding his teammates to utilize his glorious 4 def down, well the problem is that rupture team is quite fast, 7 outis, w Sang, devyat rodion and cinq mersault are all quite likely to be faster making his debuff even worse. 8) Some of his conditionals require him to have 30 courier stacks at which point he starts dying and losing SP rapidly. Good luck getting his s3 to hit all heads with 120% dmg, he only gets one shot to do so because of skill rotation. In other words he is not even good at getting funny numbers in MD. (pirate greg hits 1k dmg pretty consistently there) 9) Maybe he has a decent support passive at least? No, it applies def lvl down against enemies with rupture, rupture wants talisman and other teams can't make rupture stick for it to ever matter. Of course it is capped at 3 def down, because PM had to make this ID absolutely garbage as a foil to manager don. 10) Finally, he is not a valid choice for new players/unga bunga/blunt teams because N clair is much better for those and he is free. He only needs UT3 which saves you some materials as well. Potential man is better than this trash and I am serious. At least potential man has a tiny niche in fights where enemies suck your SP (canto 6, fox, frog etc.), devyat sinclair has no use at all.

Devyat Sinclair absolutely sweeps Talisman for... you know, the main gameplay loop? If you're going into Mirror Dungeon with a Rupture team, then Talisman is vast overkill and the extra safe Count and setup + damage from Devyat is just strictly better. For content without EGO Gifts (Railway, Luxcavations) Talisman helps build a better stack, but if you have Gifts, Devyat wins.

@@wannabewallaby3248 While I wouldnt say cinqsault saved rupture (rodya certainly did), what they do is be count neutral when meeting conditionals. That means that, alongside wsang and lantern don, who are both count positive when set up and played properly, it is very possible to reliably maintain rupture stack, even if whatever you use in 5th slot is gonna be at least somewhat count negative. As for racking up potency - thats where talisman sinclair comes in. If you give rodya 2 skill slots and chain s3 into s2 while setting up gluttony resonance with others, she will inflict somewhere between 40 and 50 rupture potency and 3 count in a single turn. From there on out, if you dont mess up the count, any fight that doesnt counter rupture is basically a done deal

They can't remove this line because even with that it's possible to hit infinite rupture, which is bad for balance. He is meant to use in pair with 9rodya as 7th sinner. After he did his job, swap on rodya. Then rupture is gone or rodya is going to die - swap back to sincler. In other words, it's the strongest rupture Sinclair, which we could have. Blame talisman for balance and pray for its nerf.

I was braced for a dogwater ID but it was somehow worse than I expected. Those values are garbage, requiring way too many turns to become positive. W-Corp Yisang needs 1 turn to become neutral-positive, why does sinclair need 5? Yes sinclair has branch of knowledge which is +10 rupture on demand but it's not enough. Then the uptie story has the gall to imply that Sinclair is stronger than Rodya on the job which is objectively not true. This was a 00 ID that got bumped up to a 000 because KJH doesn't want to make those anymore.
