Encounter card as in the reward card? if that is the case One that is really rare to show up and it would have it's own special design Where it would either buff the Sinners Max HP Or increase Offense Level Again extremely rare to show up But that would incentivise player to go to hard fights more Or take more risky

No but you need to have him as a backup ID for it to work In other words deploying him as a 7th or more ID If he is just there it won't work
