I really hope Uptie V isn't actually coming this soon. The longer it takes for them to add it, the more chances for IDs coming out to get actual improvements to their kits. And the more opportunities for them to add new, experimental mechanics of newer IDs to the older ones that would fit them (such as the UNBREAKABLE coins that Zwei Ishmael introduces to LC). When Uptie V comes out, that will become the new norm for future IDs and EGOs and we might not get to see more tailored improvements for them. Personally, I want them to hold off on Uptie V until all sinners have at least 1 WAW and when there are a couple ALEPHs in the game. Plus, the new thread excavation isn't even that much more. It's just 3 more thread when skipping and only 2 more when playing it out. That's not nearly enough for what Uptie V cost would probably be.

If uptie 5 comes out soon, there will be an uptie 6. And I will hate it, hate myself for playing the game and hate the game for doing it.

@@fuboru_gezoThread Lux will be buffed, Mirror Dungeon 5 will likely award thread & exp in addition to shards and new weekly/monthly playable content is planned iirc, all of which will increase our resource income severely. Once all of that is implemented, Uptie 4 and Uptie 5 would no longer be all that expensive. But yeah, I agree with OP - it's better to wait until ALEPHs are implemented and PM grows more experienced with balancing & implementation of unique mechanics.

@wilhohanzo Uptie V would match lobotomy corporation's max levels (unless they go for Uptie EX) so it would be a perfect stopping point for progression bar some kind of side upgrade system like the modules that the game Arknights does.

@@Shadow6OO something like modules are a good idea of character improvement outside of just another uptie in Limbus, it would be the ID gaining another passive and also be related to their enemies counterparts, like having Mariachi Sinclair have Aida's SP regeneration each turn or Antagonism for Wild Hunt Heath

shouldn't Don's announcer be on one of the latter steps of the battle pass? At least it is how I remember it from the last two passes. So the dispenseable announcer is someone else.

I think if uptie V was releasing this season they would have announced it here and now, because uptie IV was announced in the info for Season 2 even though it didn’t drop for another two and a half months

The added announcer will be a character from a previous canto. My bet is on a Cathy announcer, since the only other candidates I can think of are Queequeg and Josephine, and Cathy feels like the best pick.

@@witmokrzycki5519 they're a good contributor to the Bleed roster, but season 5 will be about Don Quixote and her Bloodfiend kin, whom are Bleed focus kit just like our last encounter with Casetti. Like Season 4 brought new things to elevate Sinking, it has been a long time since we have something new for Bleed like the Ring IDs (and maybe even Rupture with Deyvat Rodion). I just want a Shi ID man 😭

Bleed's still kinda in the position tremor used to be in imo, like bleed identities can be really strong but as of right now bleed as a status isn't doing much outside of MD.

@@bloorb0569 Bleed doesn't have any Unique Status just like how Tremor brought something new from season 4 (blue, white, yellow, purple flavored Tremor). Including Rupture, still strong but not a lot to offer other than outside of MD. And here's hoping to revive something Bleed (and maybe Rupture). *FACE THE META, SAVE THE BLEED*

Hey, not a very related question but in a charge team, should I use rhino or middle mersault? middle looks like it would help a lot but rhino’s speed looks pretty good

Meursault isn't really a good option for charge team (even W as well) due to these ids' low skill power. My team comp. is Multicrack Faust & Heath, W Don Ryoshu Outis, and R Ishmael.

I personally use W corp one because of his debuff capabilities improving Don's and Ryoushu's damage, on top of great speed.

i imagine you're talking about the support passive. use rhino if you want game control and middle if you really need that SP gain. they're easily interchangeable, really.

accept the thanos snap. claim your seasonal 1k thread. itll be okay if you have enough to spark, spark something! if you dont, keep your shards and don't turn them all into thread. the halving is good

@@PinkFriess it will automatically half each of the sinner's shard, so suppose you have one with 90 shards and another with 60 shards, then it will become 45 shards and 30 shards with you getting 75 thread

You mean Everlasting and Awe&Contempt? Everlasting won't be available until the end of the season. A&C likewise, but you could get it from gacha (don't rely on that)

saving isnt a good idea cuz it will get half when the season come so it is depend on your team comp but idk anything about rhino mersault but i know dieci mersault is quite dependant on other dieci ID , the Pursuance EGO is actually a really high rolling ego and being able to provide heal for your team so i think that the ego is the best

There is literally no chance Uptie V is launching at this point and I have no clue why you even brought it up. Insanely poor reading comprehension, maybe? They're releasing a new Thread Luxcavation because it's time for Canto 8: We get one for every 2 Cantos, just like always. Your advice regarding the new packs is also bad: Despite the newly-reduced XP curve a jump-to-50 ticket and 60 shards worth of overflow levels is easily worth the extra 1,000 Lunacy from buying the extended Pass (even if you don't care about the extra decos). Unless you're playing on an absolute minimum-Lunacy account that only wants to activate bus passes and nothing else, that was simply incorrect advice. Also as other people pointed out you clearly do not play Sinking or did not bother checking the levels of Gregor's EGO. Please do better, you usually can!
