0:25 you selected for winrate and not damage there, so the damage doesn't really mean much. It was also going against a defence skill, so since the game saw that the 1st skill in the lineup (the s1) had a 100% winrate, it didn't bother to check anymore and just went with the s1. That, or it just defaults to the 1st in lineup if both skills have an equal winrate.

It goes for damage on Win Rate when the skill would clash against a defense skill. In this case, the enemy's resistances are blunt Fatal and pierce Ineffective, so the S1 actually was more damage than the S2.

I’m like 95 percent positive Outis does get the Dark Flame damage. I did the Pride Exp Luxcavations with a burn team and she always had like 50 percent damage dealt. No way Outis’ attacks alone could do that.

I feel like Dark Flame would do a lot more than 5k though? Usually Dark Flame deals quite a bit of damage even in normal encounters Also if I find outis on the Shop I always give her more S3s I should test this out

0:25 The S1 actually IS more damage in this situation. The enemy's resistances are blunt Fatal and pierce Ineffective, so the blunt S1 is actually was more damage than the pierce S2, even though the pierce skill rolls higher/more coins. The two double damage hits adds up to more damage than the three half damage hits.

yeah philip is a weird spot for me, he's really good in ego mode but his first skill is really bad clasher unlike other re-use coin skill. only s3 can reliably clash even then it can lost because sanity drain making your character 30 ish sanity most of the time.

Character with 45 SP sometimes lose important clashes because of a single 5% So he usually being at 30 makes him roll a tail 1/5 times which is not really good But you WANT him to clash to keep his SP up but if you do it's at a lower probability of winning

W Corp ID's are usually good High Rolls High damage so Outis will probably be a good ID For Heath with PMoon now giving EGOs multiple Coins I am hoping that the Non-Correded form has at least 2 Coins for that extra damage

It's just that he was losing too many clashes And always almost dying in return Since his SP is not at 45 most of the time his clashes are kinda hard to guarantee

@@serminimus1How about using base Hong Lu as a bench? I also use burn team and rather than benching liu Hong Lu and gain abit of burn count, using base Hong Lu might be better contributing philip sinc sp

When philip sinc changes to ego mode, rather than starting from 25 sp, you could actually start with 31 sp which is a huge advantage. And also with base Yi Sang, which I saw it in this video that you use, It will pull up the potential of philip sinc since the sp get higher, the more he wins the clash

Gonna need Base Yi Sang + Base Hong Lu to keep his sanity in check. I rarely loses clashes with Philip Sinclair when I put Base Yi Sang + Base Hong Lu for support. That Information Neutralization and Frivolous Jokes helped
