Lime Rock Park Historic Festival 2016

The Historic Festival at Lime Rock Park race track over the Labour Day Weekend is always the absolute highlight for vintage racing events on the East Coast. Take a look what it is like. ...car nut heaven!

Those TransAm cars....... fantastic! I can remember as a ten year old, looking at the sales brochures of cars like the late '60s and early '70s Mustang, Camaro, Cougar etc. with their engine and transmission options, even optional final drive ratios, hood scoops even (not to mention Naugahide, so I wont!!). To a boy used to Ford Anglias and Morris Minors, A40s etc. it was like another planet!

great track but you have to sell your left but for a ticket

@GEORGIE - You can purchase a ticket for a single day, a couple days or the entire event. If you purchase them in advance you can save even more over the price you would pay at the gate. You would pay that much for a round of golf or a 1/2 day of skiing. I've been going to the Historic Festival since it began in 1982. Never had less than a fantastic time , one of, if not my favorite, events of the year. Well worth the price if you truly enjoy vintage race cars and racing!
