Thank you Erin! Thank you so much! This morning I had quite a vivid dream.... And it shook me a bit. I dreamed that I was on the building site of a new house that a business friend of mine was building for a client. Next thing i know, he has fallen off the building and died. Then we were at the funeral, and everyone was pretty shaken up by the whole thing, but trying to keep a straight face and trying to keep it together..... Watching your video made me think that maybe my inner-self is trying to tell me that I need to let something die. If that makes sense. I found that people usually misunderstood me completely and i have to explain myself a lot... I am in Horticulture industry having a plant nursery and we also do Landscaping and Garden maintenance. Just on about 3 months ago one of my employees, and who i thought was a friend, completely deceived and betrayed me and walked off with my highest paying client. It utterly and completely floored me. I was devastated. I mean, i really cared for her as a friend and helped her wherever I could.... Meanwhile, back at the range, she was using my kind heartedness to masterly manipulate me and when I finally caught on after 2 years, she dropped me like a hot potato. When she started working for me, i was pretty much at a point of burn out. I was desperate for help running my business and was so tired that i couldn't think straight anymore. So i thought she was the answers to my prayers. Little did i know.... What was to come..... So a few weeks after she left my employment, i dreamed that I was bitten by a poisonous snake. In my dream, I grabbed it behind it's head and pulled it off my arm and casted it away. I wasn't scared of it at all, and the poison didn't kill me either..... But it's been a hard 3 months. The wounds she left was very deep. And every time some of my other regular clients would mention that they actually weren't very happy with the way she treated them, it felt like the wound was being opened up again. I was upset and angry at first, but I never hated her for it. I actually had compassion for her, but the wound her actions left was very deep and took a long time to heal. So maybe this morning's dream was trying to tell me that the hurt has died. So now I can move on. I have been trying to move on all this time, but couldn't quite get there up until now...... I actually don't know.😁 I'm playing the guessing game here..... Any inputs will be appreciated.😇 Ps. Sorry for the long story, etc. I don't journal, because to me it feels like all that stuff that's bothering you is still there inside that journal. By typing it out and sending it away, to me, is like sending it off to the universe to be transmuted back into love energy, etc. Thank you all for loving and caring ❤

You are describing exactly what I've been experiencing with my ex my son's dad for the past 10years. This last week has been so hard I tried to explain he doesn't own or can't control me and how unhealthy him clinging on to the past is for both of us and my son. This week has took it out me so much, I think it's his use of words is his way of trying to break me and force me back into a relationship again after 10yrs seperated. wonderful message - i found this all by myself. Marks are weak and it is a hook and it takes so long to innerstand this - and they are parasitical. I go zero tolerance for narks and codependents and thus i 'lost hundreds of 'friends' and so many of us are doing the same. And those still in that 'hate us' but really just now 'shadow-box' with their own unhealed shad. we left the building.

Through my journey of self discovery and shadow work I recently discovered I'm a empath and recently left my career after 8 years on fed,15 to commit to this world , working in the prison system as a correctional officer. Now I know why I was able to connect with true empathy to ever single inmate with ease becoming a vent that could no longer breath. Hi Erin, can it be true that if I am strongly connected to someone energetically, and that person is experiencing obsessive thinking and Limerence could I end up also experienceing it as though it's my own thoughs. I experience his emotions no matter how far apart we are, and because our core frequency is the same sometimes his energy/emotion is indistinguishable, as he suppresses expression of emotions, and also would deny feeling anyway if I directly said sonething. I have to do serious self inquiry to decern who's it is. Only in recent years have I discovered just how much of the anxiety, exhaustion, apathy, etc was his and not my own. I ask because the last few weeks the experience of limerence has taken over, it is continuing to get progressively stronger. I have many techniques to free my mind from the loop, but I feels like without even a trigger im forcefully pulled back into such obsessive thinking that im rendered useless. it comes out if nowhere, and the more work i do to pull out of the loop pattern, the more forcefully it overtakes my mind space a short time later. What is potentially happening??? Anyones insight is welcome given that the intention is in my highest and greatest good. Thank you so much in advance for the time invested to reply. Kathleen
