Ma'am I have a doubt, You said that LA,1963 is exhaustive in nature, but there are some other law where we can find limitation like CPC for an appeal, SRA S.6 etc. Kindly clear it, I am confused 🤔😕.

मैम अगर किसी आदिवासी ने किसी ब्राह्मण को जमीन दी है,रहने के लिए, और और वह ब्राह्मण 20 साल बाद. उस जमीन पर दावा krta हैं,तो क्या ब्राह्मण मालिकाना हक पा सकता है??? हां/ना दूसरा प्रश्न - किसी आदिवासी ने , किसी एससी समाज के व्यक्ति को घर बना कर रहने की जमीन दी है,तो,आगरा कोई, sc समाज का व्यक्ति,20 साल बाद, आदिवासी की जमीन का मालिकाना हक का दावा कर सकता है?? और कर भी देता है,तो क्या sc समाज का व्यक्ति ,आदिवासी की जमीन का मालिक बन जायेगा????
