Limited Altitude Jeep Grand Cherokee Black Out (2023)

The 2023/2022 Grand Cherokee Altitude Limited is the most practical Jeep I have ever owned! This has to be the most enjoyable and functional luxury suv I have had yet but will it last? This is my honest review on the all new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Don’t forget to Subscribe, Godspeed!

I purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 2 row about a month ago. I added 3 upgrade options: ($6200) the dual panoramic sunroof, luxury tech group 2 (for cooled seats) and the "upgraded" Alpine system. I paid just under $60,000. The interest rates are through the roof right now so I paid cash. Overall, I love this vehicle and have wanted it for a long time. I am not impressed (actually disappointed) with the sound system and find it lacking volume. I have a dealer appointment to have it addressed, the steering wheel volume control doesn't work at all. This trim level doesn't have the window down with keyfob feature that I use all the time in my car. I also can't change the color of the interior ambient lights (I know, very minor). I am crossing my fingers for many years of enjoyment from this vehicle. I chose the midnight sky color with the wicker interior and it's beautiful! The "blue" is very dark and often mistaken for black. I also chose the 18" wheels because I am so over the low profile tires that were available on the bigger wheels.

Such a nice athletic refresh. Just took delivery of a red Limited 4x4 with three major packages, all worth the $$.. Luxury Tech II, Pano-roof, and Black trim. Almost $59k MSRP, however after significant negotiations with multiple dealers, I bought for $50,700, over $8k off. Looks like the consumer is back in the drivers seat!! Perfect size SUV.

I’m looking at a 2023 limited altitude tomorrow after my 2018 altitude got totaled last week (not my fault luckily). I can honestly say that it protected us very well and we all walked away. My Jeep handled great and I spun that poor Sentra completely around my car.

had a 2017 Limited and it was great. No problems with just regular oil changes for 108k mi. The 2023 model is much improved. You won’t be disappointed

I love everything except all the piano black. I was in between waiting and getting the new Laredo 4x4, or getting a low mileage 2021 altitude. Went with the altitude in sting grey, I love it. I’m excited about this new generation though

I really like the new body style this generation of Jeep Grand Cherokee. Probability the Limited with Tech group might be an option that I will go for. Not sure if you think the sunroof may worth the price.

bought the wife a Red Velvet Altitude two months ago. Not a limited so missing the fog lights which I don't care about. Very happy with the powerful V6 but the fuel economy of 21.5 is a bit disappointing since the wife does 65 % highway driving. Just got first oil change at 7000 miles and 30% oil life left. Overall very happy with it. Drives better than our 18 Compass Limited but not as nice as my 21 Laramie Hemi.

My previous 2022 Cherokee trailhawk had a 9sp and it drove really good too !!! It’s the 10sp transmission that I don’t like. Nice daily driver it makes.

I didn’t but that was a special package the GM of that store had ordered. It’s definitely not a common package but should be ordered by dealers more often!

@@GodspeedZRZ My local dealer is attempting to order a Limited with the black appearance package, but the factory is temporarily not allowing it. The dealer did not mention a that a Limited could be ordered with the Altitude package, only the Laredo could be ordered with the Altitude package.

Interesting I wonder if it is different dealer to dealer. It is a black appearance package in Florida. It is clean for sure nice looking jeep. In my opinion it’s the best so far.

why does it seem the Altitude and the Limited Altitude have a larger wheel gap in the rear wheels? Just seems that other Limited vehicles without this package have a tighter wheel gap.

I’m not sure, could either be a difference in suspension or tire size. The one I have does not have the air ride suspension. Let me know if you find out!

Is there a way to turn off the headlight (low bean) and just keep the running light on? No matter I switch it to auto or parking light, the low bean is always on.......

I hate that it’s not available to come with a hitch from the manufacturer. Bad idea…my 2008 GC came with a hitch. I want to upgrade to the new one but I do use the hitch a lot
