well they did build the chair as it's complete. The head cushion is an add on that doesn't need to be assembled and can either be used or not.....I say they won especially because you stopped the timer and said they won and confirmed it. Since you messed up the only reasonable and fair thing to do if you think they didn't compete the mission is to start the timer where you stopped it and see if the can put the magnetic cushion on with the remaining time which we all know they can
