In the first collaboration between Kinmen Distillery and Sheng Heng Chang in the duty-free market, they exclusively sell limited small-batch limited editions, the Kinmen Sorghum Liquor Time Cellar Original 6.50 and Kinmen Sorghum Liquor Time Cellar Original 6.55. These two liquors, one soft and one strong, allow consumers to taste a unique and limited edition liquor experience.
The "Kinmen Sorghum Liquor Time Cellar Original" series, originating from respect for the past and prospects for the future, is personally selected and blended by Kinmen Distillery's chief mixologist, Lu Yi-Ru, from six different styles of aged liquors from Jincheng Factory and Jinning Factory. The total aging of the blended liquors reaches up to 50 and 55 years. The original liquor with 59.8% alcohol content retains the original flavor of sorghum liquor. The "Kinmen Sorghum Liquor Time Cellar Original 6.50" is full of rich longan aroma, with a sweet and mellow taste accompanied by a hint of acidity, a delicate finish, and a long aftertaste. The "Kinmen Sorghum Liquor Time Cellar Original 6.55" carries a citrus fruit and candy aroma, with a sweet and soft taste, offering pleasurable changes to the taste buds, a naturally coordinated finish, and a pleasant aftertaste. These two liquors, with the same base but creating distinctly different sorghum liquors, each showcase different styles of aged liquors from the cellar.
