No one providing sponsorship..my fiancee completed masters and worked in Thermofisher scientific for 2yrs when he is on PSW...his visa is expiring soon but now company is not sponsoring him further...u influencers do this videos only for views. & no other company is also providing sponsorship even though he is experienced.

well if the company never said to sponsor your fiance then should have searched for other alternatives. if the company was willing to sponsor since the beginning then you could have asked it in a written document.

However, my visa will expire on March 2026, and I will need to work in the graduate role until September 26, 2026. Will the company hire me, even though my visa will have expired by then?"

If the company has sponsor license then you should communicate this with them in the screening call.
