Limiter or Maximizer?

I was saving headroom... jokes, I get the low voice thing, I was still learning Premiere and the loudness target for these kind of videos. The most recent videos have a been improved under this aspect.

Your entire premise is flawed. Limiters and maximisers do the same exact thing. The only difference is that with limiters you push input gain into a ceiling, whereas maximisers have a threshold that functions as a ceiling

sorry for the late reply, however, you can clearly see which plugin is being soloed as it shows up in the audio effect rack. The upper one is ProL2 and the other one is the Maximizer. However, I get the low voice thing, I was still learning Premiere and the loudness target for these kind of videos. The most recent videos have a been improved under this aspect.

yeah haha, that was old content and I didn't have an idea on how to standardize audio quality inside premiere, most recent videos aren't carrying this problem anymore
