Other Tips - • Try to extend your design a few pixels outside of the UV lines, as it could get cut off if you just keep it inside the edges. • Only the left side of the fuselage has the fins on the top and bottom. So doing the left side of the fuselage first, then mirroring it onto the other side, means that you won't have to worry about the fins having the same colour as the design. You'll notice this is what I do in the video too. • Name your image something generic so it doesn't get content deleted by roblox.

Will this game ever add text boxes to add on to liveries? Right now, I use one of the in-game liveries (cuz I'm to lazy to make one), and all I need is to add a text box saying "Ferret Airlines" on both sides.

Unfortunately it's not free. It's Photoshop. I will think about adding the Fokker 100. You can make pilots happy by removing them from the plane they are assigned to, they will then enter a 'resting' mode. Alternatively you can use the Bulk Action button, select all planes and click Swap Pilots, and it will automatically switch tired pilots with rested ones.

Maybe I will make a full length video of me making a livery for the game. But I mainly just used the pen tool, gradients, and some textures with some blend modes to get some nice textured effects. You can find tutorials for them in your editing program on KZbin. And it takes a long while to learn and to get experience, so keep practicing!

Love the game, but I was wondering if you could add different variations of the 737? Maybe not right now of course because there are a ton of features that need to be worked on and plus we already have a 737 in game but I'm playing as AeroMexico (an airline that I believe operates entirely of 737s, if not entirely I know it's most of their planes) and I think it could add a bit of depth to the game. Like I said, this could wait until a later time because there are more important things right now but I would love to see something like this in game. Sorry if my writing seems kind of rushed or jumbled together, It may or may not be 4 AM for me and I haven't gotten sleep in ages lol

Will this game ever support multiplayer, and if so how will you handle custom livery moderation? I would find it quite cool to see other players liveries. Perhaps lock the custom liveries to people with a certain level? a gamepass would not work imo.

Yeah, that's one of the reasons the game was designed from the start to be single player, so I wouldn't have to worry about moderation. If I do find some users bypassing roblox moderation and using offensive liveries though, they'll probably still end up being banned. But yeah, with single player, there's less things to worry about. I also think that it just won't be a very fun multiplayer game - if some players have 50 or so planes, then other players would probably have to spend more time waiting at the gates. Then there's also the whole 'time speed' thing which would be very difficult to make in a multiplayer setting. As for gamepasses, I don't intend on adding any.

Even then, since the game was made for singleplayer only, I'd have to remake the core scripts to convert it for multiplayer - which could take me a while. As of right now, I'd rather spend that time developing new mechanics to improve the core gameplay.

It's a bit more difficult to do on mobile but it's definitely possible. You can try out Ibis Paint X, MediBang Paint, or Autodesk Sketchbook. If you're on iOS I've heard Procreate is a good option but I don't have any experience with it. The upload process to get the livery into the game is also a little different, but I'd be happy to help once you've got a livery ready to be uploaded.

Make sure that you don't put website links in your livery, like www. (Some website name) .com , as roblox's moderation would think that you are trying to direct users off site. If that's not what's causing the problem, maybe try using logos or designs which are not copyrighted. Could you let me know what exactly the warning said? How do you cut out the pen lines to fit into the uv lines using the magic wand?

First, I use the pen tool and draw a shape on a separate layer. Then, I select the pen tool and select the empty area on the UV layer. Then you can just go back to the shape layer then press the delete key and this deletes all of the areas outside the UV lines. Before I do the last step though, I like to go to the Select options and then press the Contract option, which will contract the selected area a bit. This will leave a 'bleed' area making sure the design appears right in game.

Both sides of the fuselage are the same size. You may have to move the mirrored design a few pixels to get it to fit correctly. And having some paint out of the uv line shouldn't be a problem.

No 747 template yet, as it's one of the oldest models in the game. It's going to be remodelled and replaced, so the kit will come with the new model.

Both the A300, and the 707 have already been modelled by community contributors and will come in future updates. A220 will be coming in the next update, which will be released in early July.

There aren't templates for those planes yet since they are the oldest models in the game and will most likely be replaced with remade models. I made them when I didn't have much experience with modeling, so the templates for them were really confusing. Not sure when I would be able to remake them, but hopefully in the near future!

I used a separate texture image and used the Overlay blending mode. I also used a clipping mask so it only appears in the area of the layer below. I recommend watching some tutorials on those if you would like to learn more, there are lots of good videos that can explain better than I can.

If you have the chance, can you add a bottom fuselage view to the A380? I would like to put my airline name on it like Emirates did with their A380's, it's Ok if you don't want to, it would take a lot of work to do that i think.

Sorry it's not possible to do. The model will have to be redone. And this would also mean all previous liveries made for the C380 won't work with the new one.

All are easy to get as they are free. Pixlr is also browser based so you don't have to install anything. But you can only export like 3 images a day or something, I'm not sure. Regardless of what you choose it will take some time to learn the program so I recommend watching some tutorials for the program that you choose and practicing a lot. And I used Photoshop, it's not free.

Honestly it just gets a little boring making the same livery for different planes, so that's why there aren't many pre-made liveries yet. I've recently opened up community contributed pre-made liveries though, so there will be more choices in the coming updates.

Can you add a spiral to the engine nose cone?

The engines are basically three parts in the game - the main section, the front rim, and the rear section. I'm trying to save part count wherever possible, so adding moving nose cones and fan blades will be more parts to load, and since there are lots of planes, it'll all add up. You can still do it using the custom livery template if there's a spot labeled engine nose cone. The issue is that it won't be animated.

For android, you can use apps like Ibis Paint X, MediBang Paint and Autodesk Sketchbook. It's going to be much more difficult to make a livery on mobile so you will need to be patient. I don't really have any other tips since I'm not a mobile designer, but it is possible to make liveries on mobile. There are some livery creators on our Discord server who made some good liveries on mobile. Hope you'll be able to make one, good luck!

If you are new, you should probably learn the basics of Photoshop. There are lots of great tutorials here on KZbin. I mostly just use the Pen tool to make the sweeping lines, gradients to make interesting colour combinations, and blend modes along with texture photos to get some nice texture effects. You can just search photoshop pen tool tutorial and you will definitely find some. Wish you good luck, and if you still need help just let me know!

If you're on PC, just click the Asset ID box, then press Ctrl + V and it should paste. If you're on mobile, press and hold on the text box and you should have a popup with the option to paste. Regardless of device, you need to press Enter in order to load the livery. Clicking away won't load the livery.

(Copy paste answer from another player who asked the same question) First you will need to open a browser on your phone and login to Roblox. It will probably ask to open the app, but try to skip it and continue to login through the browser. You also need to enable Desktop Mode in your browser, so that it shows the desktop version of the website instead of the mobile version. At the top, you'll see a button called Create. Press that, and it should open a new page. Press the "Development Items" tab, then "Decals", then "Upload Asset". Find your image in your phone's storage, then press "Upload". After it's uploaded, you'll be taken back to the Decals page, and you should see your livery there. At first it'll probably not load right because it's still being uploaded, but wait for about 5-10 minutes, then refresh to see if it passed moderation. Then press the three dots icon at the top right of the image, then press Copy Asset ID. Open the Roblox app, join this game and paste in your ID, then copy the new ID - www.roblox.com/games/6286939548/ Then join Limitless, open the livery page for your plane, then paste in the ID and it should work.

My livery was weirdly pixelated, any idea why?

Maybe your livery size was below 1024 x 1024 pixels. Make sure that you always design your liveries using that size or above. If you downloaded the templates as shown in the video (by clicking the blue download button) the size will be correct. If you instead copied the smaller preview image it is likely you got the templates at a smaller size.

Yes it is possible to do on mobile. You can use apps like Ibis Paint X, MediBang Paint, Autodesk Sketchbook, or Procreate (if you're on iOS) to design your livery. The upload process is a little different but I'll be happy to explain once you have a livery ready to be uploaded.

There are some pre-made ones for some planes. There aren't as many liveries for the newer planes as more time is being spent on modeling the new aircraft than designing liveries for them.

If your program has a paint bucket tool you can just make a new layer and try using it to fill it with white. Or you can just download a completely white image and use that.

It's currently not possible to remove liveries to colour the individual parts. You will have to use an external image editing program if you want to colour the individual parts.

How do you deal with angry pilots properly?

You need to un assign them to give them a break. You can do that by going into the manage page (wrench icon) of a plane, clicking on the Captain or FO button, then selecting the name of the assigned pilot. Or, you can select any other available pilot and the already assigned pilot will automatically become unassigned and start resting.

Sorry for the late reply, currently there isn't a feature to remove the plane texture. You can only customize the livery using an image editing program.

Did you upload it using Studio and copy the Asset ID? It will probably appear grey if you used the Decal ID from the website. They're two different IDs.
