Trucks from UPS, Amazon, and USPS on the daily. Screws me up because all the packages have my name on it but are never for me. Dude, my job is customer service focused that i started back in 2011. The way clients treat me now vs when I started is fucking night and day. It used to be you answered their question and you did it in an expedient manner and you were the best. Now, if you aren't omniscient they get pissed, threaten to take their business elsewhere and demand to complain to the CEO. I noticed it begin this way right around 2018/2019, but the pandemic made it worse and its just not getting better.
