I had undereye filler for years & it Was amazing! I have always had deepest eyes and the fillers were a life changer for years. However, as of late, I have had the issue the above Pt mentioned. It’s super frustrating. I can’t believe how much money I have wasted ! I’m looking into getting trans conjunctival blepharoplasty. I also have a ptosis on my right eye. Which is very mild. But, I figure why not addesss that too. Any thoughts on doing that? Please advise.

Hi jjowhal, I often do ptosis correction and transconjunctival blepharoplasty at the same time. This way, you only recover once, and save on costs like operating room time, anesthesia, etc. since they are paid once instead of twice. What happens if you have puffy undereyes sometimes more then other, what does the filler do if the eyes are more puffy certain days ?

Hi Laura E, Eyes that are puffy all the time are most likely caused by fat, which can be surgically removed, or camouflaged with filler. If the puffiness is intermittent, you need to be diagnosed for other other causes such as allergies, salt intake,or sinus issues. I hope this clarifies things for you.
