I was listening to the talk about the push on jigs & thought I would share a tip (you may already know this, but why not share!) As you run the hook through the bait, JUST before you go over the barbs, turn the lure 90*, push on, then twist lure back to the normal position. This puts more solid 'meat' of the plastic in front of the barbs. The lures stay on better and last longer. Trying to give back a little to an interesting channel!

Thanks Neal I appreciate the info! I’ve never heard that before about push on jig heads I guess I’ll have to give them another try. I used to use them but some of the plastics I threw were too soft and would pull out when fish would bite behind the hook. So that’s when I started using twist-lock jig heads and never looked back. I really appreciate the tip and info brotha, and thanks for tuning into the channel and supporting!
