The cool thing about this song is Fred told Wes he wanted a guitar riff that was so easy anyone could learn it and play along with it. And that's how this super simple but legendary riff was born.

@@matthewdrysdale260 Pretty much everything Wes Borland played in Limp Bizkit was C# standard, I even had one of my guitars tuned to that so I could play most of their stuff. It gave it a thicker sound, and I think a lot of bands at that time used lower tunings. Hed (pe) was the whole way down to B if I remember correctly. Korn was super low too.
