That is a very good question. I didn’t actually notice if the MP count is reduced. All I noticed is that images generally just turn out more saturated. However, I’ll check again if it actually reduces MP count :)

I guess it's Huawei Y9 for me on this. For an extra $20 dollar you'd get more juice for your phone. Pretty big deal for me since one of my personal motto for choosing a phone is battery life > camera quality. And it's not like the camera quality for Y9 is that far behind from 8X, on the contrary Y9 looks sharper outdoors. Special note: Love that santa shirt you're rocking. It complements the red jacket haha!
