U can check his rank on maplesea if u think its a private server . Btw , the thing he used to lvl to 50 is called gachapon exp scroll which give about 100k exp per use and it cost around 300m in Msea each

Now i am KNOW that this is a private server on Nexon already made all of Singapore above level 100 which means that the monsters you are fighting at level 60 are no longer for level 60... but 150 ... that means that it's a private server cause no one can get even near the MP3 map without being at least level 130
