I agree with your views. I have also purchased these 3, the name is B-RT shades. While it looks good, the original refill wasn't very good. I have purchased regular refill from the shop.

I don't know why pen manufacturers are choosing looks over quality. I am in need of a black pen that writes smooth and consistently like the BRT. Can you suggest me a pen sir?

There are many available: Closest one is Unomax iBall 2x. I would say it is better than BRT as it's ink colour is better, the flow is better and refill is very huge compared to BRT. Other options from Flair, Hauser, Unomax, also exist in ₹10 and ₹20. Try at your local stationery stores.

@@briandsouza7854 actually most of my local stationery shops only sell use and throw pens. They do not sell those pens only XO is available but not well established here. That's why either I order pens online or get them from college street whenever I go there.
