Fantastic video, thank you so much doctor Anne! Can I use hypochlorus acid instead of benzoyl peroxide? I ruined so many shirts, towels and bedsheets as a teen❤

One is tested for acne and the other one is a cosmetic, even if they have a similar mechanism of action. If you switch them, that could reduce the effectiveness. It could also work, depending on the state your skin is in, so the only way to know is to try it. If you are under medical guidance for acne best discuss it with your prescribing doctor.

In the Uk I had the Pill it was also aimed at hormonal spots or cysts it worked brilliantly for me. I only had issue's at period time. That all ended. I was 18 wish I knew its name. XxX

It doesn't always help, but if it does, it is such a relief. To birds, one stone as they say.

As someone who regularly tests new skincare how do you do it without aggravating your acne?

I am very strict with sticking to my basic routine, the one that keeps the acne at bay (Salicylic Acid and Tretinoin) and pay close attention to anything I test in terms of how it makes my skin feel. But I would probably have lesser episodes of breakouts if I wouldn't test as much skincare and would just stick to what I know works for me...
