I was there and I can't believe it's been almost 10 years to the day since that concert happened! I can remember hearing Stevie's speech, then when the song began, so many of us were trying to place the song. When the crowd starting going nuts after the first line, that's when we all realized it was "Gypsy". For me, that was THE highlight of that show. "Gypsy" is my all-time favorite song by anybody! Every time I hear that version, it brings me back to a happier place and time...

what an amazing find, and ~flashback~ this video is! I had the distinct pleasure of witnessing this performance in person at the then, America West Arena. What a class act Stevie is. As I recall, all 18,000+ in attendance received a long-stem rose on the way to our seats. What a classy thing to do!
