They dont fire you just for a charge or one allegation from someone. You have to have an actual conviction. They had to have way more on her. Like maybe a history of issues with employers or other issues. One incident, even 2 isn't enough. She isnt telling you everything. His documented poor conduct and lack of discretion should make that impossible.
