I really love the metaphor of the spoiled milk. You can add chocolate milk or really anything else to try and cover it up, but the spoiled milk will still be there and it will taste terrible no matter what you do. The only thing you can do is get rid of the spoiled milk and start over with an empty glass. Of course that goes into the overall message that merely trying to covering up issues in your life either won't work or will only be temporary. This video is just great.
